About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at BESTSELLER E-Commerce. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Investigate customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and company policies.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues to senior team members or management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
