Sensory and Consumer Experience Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sensory and Consumer Experience Intern to join our international Consumer & Culinary Experience R&D team in Nijmegen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our Sensory and Consumer Experience Playbook.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and roll-out the CX Best Practice Program in collaboration with our Consumer Culinary Experience Excellence manager.
- Coordinate content of Best Practices with external partners and collect internal CX team feedback to guarantee standardization on ways of working and access to Best Practices for the International CX Team.
- Work with our CX playbook to define the playbook environment for the CX team to ensure we have all Best Practices in place and ready to use.
- Help ensure a stronger chance for our products to be successful on the market.
- Master student in Sensory, Consumer Science with classes on UX, CX, Innovation.
- AI knowledge is crucial.
- Data analysis and statistics knowledge.
- Best Practices knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with market design research and CTI is preferred.
- Training in content development.
- You are an independent team worker with a scientific mindset.
