About the Role

SkyTeam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Performance Management. This role will play a critical part in advancing the company's strategic objectives by ensuring the effective use of resources, overseeing budget management, and utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discussion and preparation of the budget, as well as the steering and optimization of resources consumed.
  • Monitor the progress of key projects in correlation with expenses/resources consumed and recommend strategic actions to redeploy resources to other projects/initiatives to avoid irrelevant use of our budget.
  • Develop predictive models and analytics to optimize operational performance and budget steering, in close collaboration with different teams that could be involved.
  • Establish a one-page dashboard that reflects the key information for SkyTeam's CEO awareness.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to balance detailed work with a broader strategic focus. You will also need to have a proven track record of managing large budgets and leading cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, sciences, engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the aviation industry with a minimum of five years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of airline operations, data, and corporate planning.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and leading cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in optimization thinking/modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building relationships.
