About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at PaymentGenes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the FX & payments industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans based on market insights to position PaymentGenes as a leader in the payments sector.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Requirements:

- A professional with 2+ years of experience within a Sales role. Ideally, B2B outbound sales.
- Confidence is key here, and the pace at PaymentGenes is fast, so you'll need to ensure you can keep up.
- We want you to be accountable and hold others accountable too.
- Lastly, we want you to be your authentic self and help the Sales function accelerate the rate of growth and development of the business in today's complex and ambiguous world.
