Key Responsibilities- Design and develop shock and noise mitigation systems for naval vessels
- Collaborate with structural engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations
- Conduct full-scale testing and validation on board
- Support R&D projects in the field of shock and noise mitigation
- Bachelor or Master degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical engineering, or Aerospace engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with (underwater) shock and inboard- and underwater noise onboard ships
- Experience with design of flexible mountings and inboard noise calculations
- Experience with relevant software tools (6-DOF, FEMAP, ANSYS) and international standards (STANAG, IMO, Class)
- Good command of English written and verbal
- Excellent references and antecedents
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport
