Job Description

What You Get to Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical cases created by customers seeking help with ServiceNow software and platform issues. You will use your skills to build trust, show empathy, and provide excellent communication to answer customer questions and resolve issues through various technologies.

You will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues and employ creative problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.

As a Technical Support Engineer at ServiceNow, you will play a key role in providing input across business units regarding process and product improvements due to your unique perspective when working on technical issues for customers.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

  • 0-2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service
