The Role

We're seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our merchants across the globe. You'll work closely with our technical and commercial teams to provide expert support and guidance on our platform and APIs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert on our platform and APIs, as well as industry-standard integration methods and best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to merchants throughout their full lifecycle, from integration to operational excellence.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues from merchants.
  • Advise merchants on best implementation practices and address specific issues they may be experiencing.

What We're Looking For

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach to support.
  • You're innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities, and can adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.
  • You have a strong affinity for internet technologies and knowledge of technical processes, including SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and Java.
  • You're self-driven, flexible, and able to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
  • You've had previous experience in environments with high uncertainty and have a track record of successfully dealing with ambiguity.
