About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Infinity Global, Inc. in The Netherlands (Rotterdam). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our global HR team and support our entire global footprint.

Job Description

This role requires a diverse skillset with broad knowledge, a people-oriented approach, and strong emphasis for being a credible resource to the business. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering planning and workforce development initiatives that support the changing dynamics of our business
  • Aligning the business with established company objectives, goals, and initiatives. Ability to evaluate effectiveness of joint initiatives.
  • Providing daily support for operations and technologies that improve the business, and ensuring key stakeholders understand how to beneficially use each platform
  • Buidling relationships with the team and maintaining consistent, ongoing communications
  • Coaching business leaders from both a business and employee perspective to achieve organizational outcomes.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, handling complaints and disciplinary procedures, resolving conflicts, promoting a positive work environment, etc. in a compliant and solutions-oriented outcome
  • Serving as a liaison and key resource that ensures productive, ongoing continuity between employees and management
  • Conducting appropriate investigations related to employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations with a timely and legal approach
  • Owning and understanding essential aspects of the budget for Human Resources
  • Recruiting and Selection: Overseeing the hiring process, including interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and new hire training
  • Talent & Performance Management – leading initiatives such as headcount management, talent allocation, general performance process/tools, compensation management, appraisal forms, goal setting, alignment of objectives, succession, etc.
  • Employee Benefits & Payroll: oversight to local benefit programs, supplemental plans, fringes, holiday, leave management, payroll support, contracts, etc.
  • Identifying training needs, training justification, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development
  • Ensuring overall compliance acumen with the ability to recognize acceptable levels of risk or where we need to implement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance from an essential 'best practice' perspective with company policies, employment laws, labor laws, and regulations, etc.
  • Developing and aligning policies: Creating, revising, recommending, maintaining policies and procedures related to employment arenas
  • Working on health and safety regulations; tracking BHV trainings in the Netherlands. Understanding application of law requirements in various countries and implementing relevant procedures
  • Managing periodical medical check-ups
  • Sick-leaves management: registering / deregistering sick employees, managing long-term sicknesses and reintegration process
  • Developing employee engagement opportunities: events, employee surveys, activities
  • Office Management: general oversight of facility management, vendor relationships, employee events, meetings, contracts, etc.

  • HRIS savvy – maintaining employee information, managing data, dashboards, key HR metrics, recruiting, electronic files, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills; open to changing responsibilities
  • Able to solve problems, develop mutually beneficial solutions, outside the box thinker
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience or situation
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all tasks; experience managing confidential information is required
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills - ability to develop rapport, trust, and positive working relationships with all employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and appropriate follow-up

What We Offer
