Position Overview

This role is responsible for preparing maintenance activities, focused on E&I-Q, for the Production Site in Pernis according to agreed quality and time standards and, financial guidelines, and within the set HSE frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create work orders at task level;
  • Record work to be carried out on-site;
  • Determine required work, materials, and time for execution;
  • Determine required skills of technicians and contractors;
  • Budget required budget;
  • Order and/or reserve materials after approval of work order(s);
  • Call on services;
  • Process documentation into a workbook;
  • Offer work order(s) to the scheduler;
  • Closing work order(s), including updating associated documentation after realization;
  • Manage workload of both prepared and unprepared work.

Minimum Qualifications

Required knowledge and skills:
• MBO+/HBO (E&I-Q);
• MBO+ (Electro) with additional training and education;
• Work preparation and planning techniques and methodologies;
• Experience with SAP;
• 3-5 years of experience in a chemical production environment, of which 2 years as a technical executive or five years of experience in a similar position in a chemical production environment;
• Knowledge of the safety processes of the installation and specific safety procedures;
• Knowledge of and familiarity with CMMS systems, and affinity with IT.
