Customer Success Director

At Spacewell, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success Leader to drive growth and retention in our SaaS-based workplace management solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team of professionals, guiding them in implementing successful customer strategies that enhance productivity and well-being. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS product, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
We offer a competitive salary (€70,000 - €90,000 per year) and fringe benefits, including a lease car, 28 holidays, and a homeworking allowance of €50,- net a month. Our flexible work hours and remote working possibilities ensure a great work-life balance.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and guiding team members to ensure clarity in responsibilities and task prioritization
- Providing real-world experience in Customer Success function implementation and offering guidance to the team
- Cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique business success factors
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the Spacewell SaaS product and its features
- Addressing technical inquiries, providing demos, and guiding customers in maximizing their value from the product
To succeed in this role, you'll need multiple years of experience leading a Customer Success team in SaaS B2B, industry knowledge, and comfort using a CRM system (Salesforce). Strong communication and decision-making skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a can-do mentality are essential.
