About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with regional clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with our global network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences in each market.
- Develop and execute strategies to realize revenue and margin targets, and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions.
- Drive account growth and retention through effective engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Utilize our sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients' needs are met.
- Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management and sales performance.
Requirements
- Seasoned experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
- Proven sales and client engagement experience, with a strong understanding of business, sourcing, and technology markets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage regional accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze commercial information and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience working with contact platforms and CRM systems.
