CRM & Digital CLV Manager Europe

Job Description

Your challenge :

Become part of the Marketing Operations, Planning & eCommerce team, reporting into the Marketing Operations, Planning & eCommerce Leader Europe within Health Systems Marketing Europe.

This position can be based in the Netherlands or Europe region.

Your role:

Creating digital customer lifetime value (CLV) strategy, piloting and executing programs as defined by the Businesses and Region to maximize engagement and opportunity value from the install base

Working together with Business and MI&A to create regionally relevant CLV programs to generate leads and opportunities from install base customers

Based on business CLV program, localize, and build programs to activate via CRM, Sales Enablement and convert via Sales or eCommerce

Enhancing the IB customer journey across online and offline touchpoints to improve engagement and NPS

Grow reach within the current install base, work together with sales to improve customer opt in

Owning CRM strategy for Europe, defining ways of working across the 8 zones and develop nurture programs

Creating and activating CRM campaigns to relevant audience segments and reporting on the same

Understanding privacy rules and regulations across Europe zones to ensure compliance and educating the wider marketing community on the same

Developing one CRM framework for Europe across all Businesses to ensure we approach our audience segments from an Enterprise perspective

Accountable for digital lead management and opportunity funnel, including target setting, reporting and optimization

Partnering with sales to optimize lead generation and conversion – driving joint funnel management from CLV programs

KPIs

Lead generation

MQL volume, MQL to Opportunity rate, Opportunity Value

Marketing ROI/ROAS

Digitally Reachable Contacts and Customer Engagement Rate

Audience Reach


You're the right fit if:

5+ years proven digital marketing, DCLV or CRM experience

Experience in managing initiatives to drive sales, customer experience and satisfaction 

Ability to interact with sales and business marketing organization

Ideally experience in the Health Systems industry and sales cycles

Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results

Skills in leveraging capabilities: works across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple solutions

Quality first mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Fluent in English; other European languages beneficial​
