What makes this role unique:
Join us at CLEVR as our Sales Executive and play a key role in driving revenue growth across the Dutch and Belgian markets. Your perseverance and strategic vision will be essential in identifying high-potential prospects, generating leads, and closing substantial deals. In this role, you’ll lead critical negotiations and directly impact CLEVR’s business growth with our innovative low-code solutions. Building and managing relationships with senior clients comes naturally to you, and you’ll also work closely with our business consulting, pre-sales, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience. Alongside direct sales efforts, you’ll collaborate with CLEVR’s partners, Mendix and Siemens, to identify and secure additional sales opportunities. Ready to take on the challenge?
Your role will include:
Developing and implementing advanced sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Preparing detailed and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations. Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CLEVR’s CRM tool(s). Forecasting sales performance and providing strategic insights. Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Proactively contributing to strategic planning and sales (cycle) meetings.
What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, sales, marketing, business administration, or similar. 3-5 years of sales experience Strong experience in lead generation, closing large deals, and managing key accounts Advances sales skills with exceptional customer service, communication, and presentation skills Strategic thinking with high drive and motivation. Experience with consultative software selling, preferably in low-code Proven track record in outperforming sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High moral ethics and integrity. Fluent in English and Dutch, verbally and in writing. Proficiency in other languages, such as French, is a plus.
