**Account Executive - B2B SaaS | AI**

At Deepdesk we build AI tools for the enterprise (think Smart Compose for customer service agents). We support companies looking to optimise their customer service and improve their agent experience with intuitive and dependable AI-driven software.

To enable our growth goals, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and grow with us. The role is an end-to-end sales position, from prospecting to demos, all the way to the signing.

**Good to know**:

- Deepdesk is AI-driven SaaS for business (B2B). Knowledge, experience, interest, and/or understanding in any of these areas is appreciated.
- Our focus is on enterprise-sized organizations with large customer service teams. Experience in enterprise sales cycles and/or customer service is appreciated.
- Experience has taught us that not all companies are equally ready to leap into AI, and if you can’t get all the stakeholders on board, selling will be extremely difficult. We try to minimise this risk by focusing on geographies where companies are more likely to be AI-interested: North-Western Europe, the UK, the Nordics, United States.
- We have no problem with you working from home, though, for team building, we would prefer some in-person interactions at least in the starting phase of the role. For this reason, we do have a slight preference for someone based in The Netherlands.

**What we expect**:

- Able to understand our prospective customers and connect with them in a way that builds trust;
- Creativity, adaptability, and resilience when approaching prospects and in communication skills in general;
- Able to juggle multiple sales projects at once, keeping an overview of the next steps;
- Able to create warm and trust-based relationships with anyone, whether they are colleagues, current contacts, or future contacts.
- (Near) Native English;
**A few more details**:

- We have a small office in central Netherlands (Amersfoort). We are happy with in-office, hybrid, or remote;
- The role is full-time, but we are flexible in how you spread your working hours;

Pay: €60.000,00 - €75.000,00 per year
