Jouw verantwoordelijkheid
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het contractuele en administratieve proces van Resellers. Resellers zijn dealers en stations, die onze producten in- en verkopen. Ze krijgen extra aandacht vanwege specifieke supply en prijsafspraken. Nieuwe energiesoorten zoals CNG/LNG, H2, biobrandstoffen en elekctriciteit worden steeds verder geïntegreerd in ons groeiende netwerk. Je maakt diverse rapportages en verzorgt de facturatie. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met je directe collega’s, de interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking van afdeling overschrijdende processen. Je neemt initiatief tot automatisering, optimalisatie van onze tools en efficiëntieverbetering.

Wat ga je dagelijks doen?

Verwerken en opvolgen van contractuele en financiële afspraken met onze keyaccounts;

Verzamelen en controleren van data (bijv. verwerken van noteringen in prijzen);

Opmaken en beheren van contracten en gerelateerde documenten in Salesforce;

Beheren van interne processen & (HSEQ-) procedures;

Dagelijks klantcontact . vragen over leveringen, facturatie, contractuele afspraken.

Jouw skills

HBO werk- en –denkniveau;

0 – 2 jaar relevante werkervaring op een binnendienst of supportafdeling;

Cijfermatig inzicht

Je kunt uitstekend overweg met Office 365/Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

De ideale Business Support Officer
Je werkt zorgvuldig, secuur en gestructureerd. Met jouw analytisch vermogen doorgrond je de contracten en prijsafspraken. Je bent een teamspeler en hebt een servicegerichte en commerciële instelling of het nu gaat om de interne afdeling of de externe klant. Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en doet voorstellen voor efficiëntere processen.

Ons aanbod

salaris tussen de €3097 - €3871,- bruto per maand;

13de maand uitbetaling in december;

Persoonlijke bonus; (kan oplopen tot een maandsalaris)

25 vakantiedagen + 4 ADV dagen;

Pensioenregeling; (30% premie, waarvan 23% voor rekening van Circle K)

Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken;

Mogelijkheid om door te groeien als je dit wilt, het is geen verplichting;

Bootcamps met collega’s in het Haagse Bos;

Zaalvoetbal competities met collega’s;

Jaarcontract, met de intentie tot vast contract;
