JOB DESCRIPTION

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Den Haag ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers aan de servicestations. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan onze energieleverancier, groenonderhoud of alarmcentrale. Je zorgt voor naleving van contractuele afspraken en de afhandeling van facturen. Wanneer er klachten zijn van klanten of leveranciers zoek jij naar de juiste oplossing. Je hebt een signalerende rol als procedures niet soepel verlopen.


Wat ga je dagelijks doen

Je hebt contact met regio- en tankstation managers en directie; Aanmelden van nieuwe leveranciers en onderhouden van contact met afdelingen . facturatie; Onderhouden van contact met de afdeling Inkoop over de overeenkomsten van de (nieuwe) leveranciers; Opstarten van kleine inkoop trajecten; Indienen en coördineren van bestellingen; Afhandelen van binnenkomende post; Je zorgt voor tijdig verzenden van digitale communicatie; Klachten behandelen van klanten of leveranciers over hun bezoek aan een van onze servicestations.

De ideale Business Support Officer

Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgvuldig. Met jouw analytisch vermogen doorgrond je de contracten en prijsafspraken. Je denkt graag mee over een efficiënte manier van werken. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken en met collega’s of leveranciers te schakelen. Problemen los je snel en nauwkeurig op. Ook vind je het prettig om administratieve taken zoals bijvoorbeeld het verwerken en controleren van facturen secuur af te handelen.


Jouw skills

Hbo werk- en -denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding richting bedrijfsadministratie, commerciële economie of support 1-2 jaar administratieve werkervaring; Kennis van Excel & Outlook en SAP; Jouw Nederlands is goed en je hebt basiskennis van de Engelse taal; Je bent verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig.
