What we're looking for :
As a NOC Engineer at Zoho Corporation, your role would involve designing, implementing, and maintaining NOC solutions, as well as, provide operational support to our European Data Center. Key responsibility will be the day to day incident management of servers and NOC equipment, as well as, ad hoc project work.
The technician will be working closely with the Data Center Manager (based in India) on projects scheduling.
Requirements & Responsibilities
NOC Engineer : Network Operations
2 to 4 years of NOC experience
Hands on experience with internet routing protocols and concepts of TCP/IP, BGP & OSPF
Good working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and Strong basic knowledge of L2 switching and L3 routing
Experience with network operating systems such as Forti OS , HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS and Junos
Good network analytics and troubleshooting skills using packet capture and other monitoring tools
Architecture and core technologies such as Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, etc
Requirements
Server Engineer :Cloud and Infra operations
Good knowledge of Linux OS and cloud infrastructure components like virtualization, Load Balancers, etc.
Monitoring of servers & Zoho applications and prepare RCA for any incidents
Management of various infrastructure components such as DNS/ DHCP/ NTP/ Proxy/ OS Image Servers / Load Balancers.
Knowledge in basic networking concepts like VLAN, NAT, ARP, basic FW and Switch configuration.
Knowledge in server hardware components like CPU, RAM, different types of drives,NIC etc.

Requirements
Server Engineer :Cloud and Infra operations Good knowledge of Linux OS and cloud infrastructure components like virtualization, Load Balancers, etc. Be part of the Cloud and Infra operations team who is responsible to manage Zoho Europe's Data Centers. Monitoring of servers & Zoho applications and prepare RCA for any incidents Configuration and provisioning of Linux OS for large number of servers using automated installation methods. Management of various infrastructure components such as DNS/ DHCP/ NTP/ Proxy/ OS Image Servers / Load Balancers. Periodic validation of DR data centers across the globe Knowledge in basic networking concepts like VLAN, NAT, ARP, basic FW and Switch configuration. Basic knowledge in SaaS components like RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop, etc. Knowledge in server hardware components like CPU, RAM, different types of drives,NIC etc. Good co-ordination & communications skills to work with different nature of teams ( ex. network, framework , devops, application development and support teams ) Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision and handle multiple priorities.
