THE ROLE
The Brand Creative Specialist will hold a crucial position in shaping our brand's visual elements. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand guidelines and website, designing engaging digital and print content, and producing high-quality video materials that continue to build Land Life's brand story.
You will:
- Develop, implement, and manage brand guidelines and assets that ensure consistency across the company, including regional hubs, teams, and stakeholders.
- Design and oversee the development of our website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with our latest campaigns and strategies.
- Create video content for our channels showcasing our impact stories and the people behind our nature restoration projects.
- Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager to produce creative assets for social media (especially LinkedIn), digital ads, and B2B promotional materials (including swag) that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the Growth teams to support sales and partnerships campaign strategies, presentations, and resources.
THIS IS YOU
- Experienced in B2B brand marketing,with a strong portfolio in website design, video production, and digital/print design.
- Skilled in various design and video editing tools (ideally Adobe Creative Suite and Figma).
- Creative thinker with an artsy eye for design and detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all media.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a bonus.
Knowledge about sustainability or environmental impact is a plus
