• Je leidt en coacht een team van consultants in hun inzet om onze klanten in de Openbaar Vervoer sector te ondersteunen bij hun digitale transformatie.
• Je begrijpt de specifieke behoeften en uitdagingen van de Openbaar Vervoer sector en vertaalt deze naar oplossingen.
• Naast het managen van je team, besteed je 50% van je tijd aan actieve projecten bij klanten.
• Je onderhoudt en bouwt relaties op met klanten en stakeholders in de Openbaar Vervoer sector.
• Je identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen en draagt bij aan business development activiteiten.
• Je zorgt voor het beheer van financiën, budgetten en kosten op contract- en teamniveau.

•Minimaal afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische studierichting.
•Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in commerciële en operationele managementfuncties voor IT-oplossingen.
•Diepgaande kennis van en ervaring met digitale transformatie binnen de Openbaar Vervoer sector.
•Ervaring met business development en financieel management.
•Leiderschapservaring in het aansturen en coachen van teams van minimaal 15 medewerkers.
•Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
•Een teamspeler die anderen kan overtuigen en inspireren.
