About this role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics and partner needs, with a focus on increasing our brand visibility and driving partner success through effective marketing initiatives.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Strategy and Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of the local partner marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
- Manage the local partner marketing calendar, tailoring global campaigns and activations to ensure high relevance in the local market.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Implement and execute global and local partner marketing (PM) campaigns and initiatives to drive partner engagement and JET brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate PM communications and activations, ensuring they align with brand positioning and market needs.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track local performance against agreed KPIs and health metrics, optimising campaigns based on insights and sharing best practices.
- Analyse local market and partner opportunities, advocating for necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a PM business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2C, Sales, CS, and Scoober), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
- Own and manage the local PM budget, including planning, utilisation, and tracking of PM and B2B voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.
What will you bring to the table?
- Marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
- Strong commercial understanding; B2B experience.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Hands-on and flexible approach, able to adapt to the fast pace of business.
- Excellent ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organisational skills for effective project management.
- Strong writing and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
