At Coty, We are looking for a talented Lifestyle Fragrances Senior Brand Manager to help drive our ambitions plans for 2025 and beyond. You will join the Consumer Beauty Division and you will be part of the Global Brand Team. The EU-based portfolio includes license brands such as Bruno Banani, David Beckham, and Mexx.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Lifestyle Fragrances Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the brand strategies, new product development, creative and communication development as well as an omni-channel campaign. You will be leading your projects from brief to ex-factory with independence to achieve yours and the team’s goals.
- Help drive growth strategy which includes partition coverage, brand prioritization, pricing indexes, packaging formats, strategic profitability targets, and channel mix requirements.
- Support mid to long-term business development agenda in conjunction with other markets and strategic partners to secure priority and focus for the brands as well as execution in line with the set priorities.
- Product development: Lead the design, development, and validation of scalable initiatives to drive the license brands portfolio value pipeline.
- Lead integrated communication strategy, plans and playbooks to support the brand and portfolio, with a focus on digital, social & ecom activities.
- Support commercial readiness: deliver on time integrated communication plans and playbooks to support rightfully the brand and the new initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee the daily relationship with the multiple brand licensors, to ensure project good progression and alignment of strategic priorities.
- Be responsible for budget management & ownership of the P&L of your projects.

As the Lifestyle Fragrances Senior Brand Manager you will report into the Lifestyle Fragrances Senior Director and you will work closely together with cross functional teams such as Consumer Insight, R&D, Commercial Planning, Procurement, and our local markets.

In addition;-
- 5+ years of experience in brand management/product development/campaign development in the Beauty industry with majority in fragrance marketing and development.
- Previous relevant experience, working for a global organization, or at least exposure to multi-cultural environments.
- Must have experience in product development and experience working with R&D, supply chain and Consumer Insights team.
- Must have experience in equity strategy and campaign development.
- Must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and ownership, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
- Strong eye for design and able to demonstrate a creative flair.
- Passionate about beauty and the opportunity to build Scenting brands based on consumer insights.
