Employment agency Manpower is looking for acustomer service agent for Lynk & Co inMaastricht. 

In theposition as customer service agent, you will be responding tocustomer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channelssuch as phone, email, chat or in person. You can expect thefollowing activities: 
  • Providing accurateand timely information to address customer needs 
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues.Including product or service-related problems 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensureprompt and effective resolution  
  • Developing a deep understanding of theproducts or services offered to effectively assist customers andprovide relevant information 
  • Recordingcustomer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in aclear and organized manner 
  • Maintainingaccurate and up-to-date customer records 
  • Adhering to company policies and procedureswhile assisting customers 
  • Identifyingopportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products orservices to meet customer needs 
  • Collaborating with other team members,departments, or supervisors to resolve complex issues and improveoverall customer service processes

  • Gross salary between€15.59 and €18.79 per hour 
  • Job rangingfrom 32 to 38 hours per week, preferably you work 38 hours aweek
  • Travel cost reimbursement according toregulations of Lynk & Co 
  • Pensionaccrual through Manpower
  • Access to more than200 courses through the Manpower Academy

Functie-eisen
  • Minimum mbo four thinking- and working level or workingexperience in similar customer facing support roles 
  • Preferably fluent in either Dutch, Swedish orFrench
  • Ability to communicate in speech aswell as writing in English 
  • Experiencewith customer engagement tools/systems and scheduling tools 
  • Basic understanding of product offerings tohandle most queries 
  • Basic understandingof internal IT systems to perform day-to-day tasks
