Over de functie

Als Senior Customer Experience Strategist ben je een aanjager van consumer first marketing. De klant is voor jou het startpunt van elke strategie, journey of campagne. Je hebt affiniteit met data en gebruikt de inzichten om je verhaal te verdiepen en versterken. Je hebt interesse in digital en CRM en kunt goed schakelen met haar specialisten (in bijv. data en media).

Je draait je hand niet om voor een klantpresentatie, customer journey workshop of gedegen contentplan. Je bent hands on, wat betekent dat je niet alleen het verhaal kunt vertellen, maar het net zo belangrijk vindt dat en hoe het wordt uitgevoerd. Hierin ben jij de motor en linking pin.

Je weet alles helder, energiek en inspirerend over te brengen aan de klant én aan creatie. Jouw verhaal is altijd strak onderbouwd met data, feiten en argumenten en je overziet zowel kansen als consequenties.

Over jou

Wat het doel ook is, jij gaat ervoor. Obstakels? Geen probleem Jij weet verwachtingen steeds weer te overtreffen. Van nature ben je nieuws-gierig en je stelt graag (of eigenlijk altijd) de vraag ‘waarom?’ Je bent dol op nieuwe uitdagingen en hebt een passie voor consumenten, marketing, data en digital. Jij weet je weg met data, research, tools en technieken en kunt die kennis via sterke inzichten omzetten naar een enthousiasmerend verhaal. Je weet ook hoe je anderen helpt groeien.

Onmisbare vaardigheden:

• Je hebt al veel ervaring in het digital marketing domein, bij voorkeur aan bureauzijde, maar klantervaring is ook welkom.

• Je bent analytisch en in staat complexe vragen simpel te beantwoorden. Je denkt altijd een paar stappen vooruit.

• Je hebt affiniteit met data, bent in staat met analisten en scientists te schakelen. Bij voorkeur heb je dat in eerdere banen al gedaan.

• Je bent iemand die nieuwsgierig is en niet bang is beslissingen te nemen

• Je weet om te gaan met de grotere en commerciële belangen van het bureau en de klanten.

• Je herkent belangen en behoeften van anderen en kan hierop anticiperen.

• Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, maar spreekt en schrijft ook goed Engels.

• Je weet anderen mee te nemen in je overtuigingen en ideeën.

• Je weet hoe je inspirerende workshops voor klanten en collega’s opzet en geeft.
