The Job

Onera Health is hiring a Clinical Success Specialist to strengthen its commercial team with responsibilities in the Netherlands region. We offer a great opportunity for professional development in an ambitious and fast-growing scale-up. This position would require up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a multidisciplinary, energetic and internationally minded scale-up with responsibilities that include:

  • Providing direct support to clinicians in hospitals and clinics in use of the Onera products and services
  • Define and implement required procedures and processes
  • Managing implementation of Onera technology at new customers; comfortable onboarding new customers and guiding them through the set-up,
  • Conduct training activities for different stakeholders in clinics and labs as well as online,
  • Develop customers to become proficient in using Onera products and services,
  • Act as a sales support by cultivating positive customer relationships, capturing feedback and reporting on customer satisfaction to sales team while collaborating with the engineering and software teams to create an optimal experience,
  • Work with Clinical Success Specialists across geographies to exchange knowledge and experience in order to ensure a high-quality, consistent clinical support globally
  • Provide market information and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

You have

  • Excellent knowledge of sleep medical diagnostics with a min. of 5 years of experience in the industry, at provider or in an hospital/clinical environment,
  • Completed a degree in nursing, clinical neurophysiology, medical technology or biomedical engineering,
  • Excellent planning and organization skills,
  • A full clean driver’s license.

  • Willing to learn and develop new skills,
  • A self-motivated problem solver,
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (written and spoken),
  • Happy to travel regularly (up to 50%) and work within changing weekly schedules,
  • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands.
