Responsibilities
Contact Fluke customers that have recently purchased a hardware product or a care plan, establishing a trusted advisor relationship that works to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding customers’ expectations with our products. Leverage positive relationships with assigned clients, which include Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and growing revenue. Developing success plans for customers that outline their critical success and growth factors. Work with all levels of the organization internally and partners externally Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with your team

Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business field preferred) 1-2 years experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment with hi-tech products in the professional industry Required primary language skills: fluency in English and German. Every additional language such as Dutch, Italian, or Spanish, is a plus. Strong solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Previous experience with CRM.

Ability to communicate technical information to understand customer’s needs. Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
