Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, immer den besten Service bieten, daher ist das Customer Support Team unverzichtbar.
Du wirst im Zentrum von Amsterdam an einer der schönsten Grachten in einem tollen, geräumigen Büro arbeiten. Ausgezeichnete Arbeitsbedingungen sind für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit
Als Customer Support Professional (m/w/d) sorgst du für die bestmögliche Betreuung unserer Kunden. Du wirst Kundenkontakt per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat haben. Da jeder Kunde anders ist, sorgst du dafür, dass jeder Kunde eine individuelle Antwort erhält.
Natürlich machst du das nicht allein. Du arbeitest mit Kollegen zusammen, um unseren Kunden bei ihren Fragen über die Erwartungen hinaus zu helfen. Auch die Beratung bei der Wahl der richtigen Hemdengröße oder der Kombination von Artikeln gehört zu deinen täglichen Tätigkeiten. Du denkst für den Kunden mit und sorgst dafür, dass du immer eine passende Lösung anbieten kannst.
Wat wij bieden
- Ein gutes Gehalt zwischen 2500€ und 2800€;
- Eine Teilzeitstelle von 24-32 Stunden pro Woche;

Wat wij vragen:
- Mindestbildungsabschluss mbo
- Fließende Niederländisch- und Deutsch Kenntnisse;
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Service und persönlichen Kontakt;
- Du hast ein Gespür für (Herren-)Mode und Styling.
