**THE ROLE**
**YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY**
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from the conclusion of the sales process through operation of Skytree’s DAC systems.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and support customers with their installation and integration projects, ensuring hardware deliveries are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Site Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to understand the specifics of each installation site and ensure all technical requirements are met by the customer.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers and Skytree management, providing updates on project status, addressing any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Service Support: Act as the point of contact for all customer related enquiries post unit sales and work closely with field services to satisfy our customers needs.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware customer support and or customer project management, preferably in a technical and/or greenhouse environment.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Proven experience in customer project support and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and installations.
