Wie ben jij?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een fulltime Customer Service Agent in Maastricht die het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten is. Belangrijk in deze rol is dat je iemand bent die communicatief vaardig is, service verlenen hoog in het vaandel heeft staan en die graag dat stapje extra zet voor de klanten om ze echt belangrijk te laten voelen.
In jouw rol als klantenservice medewerker in Maastricht behandel jij voornamelijk vragen die binnenkomen per e-mail als telefoon. Belangrijk hierbij is dat je klantvragen in één contactmoment helder weet te krijgen en erop gebrand bent deze naar volle tevredenheid van de klant op te lossen. Soms laat een klant een terugbelverzoek achter. Jij pakt dit direct op en neemt contact op met de klant om zijn vraag op te lossen.
Werktijden:
Het gaat om een functie voor lange termijn. Werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:00 - 18:00 uur.

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands;
- Je staat voor service verlenen en zorgt ervoor dat de klant de ultieme klantbeleving ervaart.
- Je kunt nauwkeurig werken en denkt in oplossingen.
- Je laat je niet afschrikken door een volle mailbox en op hectiek ga je goed.
