You will learn all the basics of giving the best service to our customers and how to make them feel welcome & ; Key responsibilities:
  • Answer calls, emails, and chats in Dutch to assist our customers whenever they want information about their online orders, our web shop, our stores, or our ;
  • Adapt your tone of voice based on our brand identity and the customer you are speaking ;
  • Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department because as a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of our customers and thanks to you, we can make constant improvement.

  • Strong customer orientation & friendliness with ;
  • Interest in fashion & ;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written & spoken (C1 level).
  • Excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.
Additional InformationYou can choose to work part-time or full-time, from 24 hours up to 35 hours per week on average.Gross starting salary is €14,16 per hour.Next start date is the 2nd of September.
