Office Coordinator

De Office Coordinator is verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van kantooractiviteiten, waaronder receptiewerkzaamheden, het organiseren van vergaderruimtes en het ondersteunen van medewerkers met administratieve taken. Daarnaast fungeert de Office Coordinator als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten en zorgt voor een soepele dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor.
Description
Belangrijkste taken:
- Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken, deze snel en efficiënt doorverbinden naar de juiste persoon, nauwkeurige berichten noteren of doorverbinden naar de voicemail.
- Ontvangen en verwelkomen van klanten en/of collega's van andere kantoren.
- Beheren van de agenda en boekingen voor vergaderruimtes.
- Dagelijks voorbereiden van vergaderruimtes (herinrichten van kamers, verplaatsen van muren/meubilair, klaarzetten van faciliteiten zoals drankjes).
- Ondersteunen van medewerkers bij boekingen van vergaderruimtes, hotels en treinreizen, evenals het beheren van bezoekerspassen en beantwoorden van algemene vragen in samenwerking met de Office Manager.
