Jouw Traineeship
Bij Renewi draait alles om het transformeren van afval naar waardevolle producten en grondstoffen. Onze operatie is gericht op het maximaliseren van recycling en hergebruik om zo bij te dragen aan een duurzamere wereld. Dit betekent dat we afval inzamelen, sorteren, verwerken en omzetten in nieuwe materialen en energie. We hebben locaties door heel Nederland waar al deze operationele activiteiten plaatsvinden en we zijn op zoek naar management talenten die hier deel uit van willen maken. In dit traineeship willen we je klaar stomen om leidinggevende te worden in de operatie.
Wij investeren graag in jong talent met frisse ideeën. Ons traineeprogramma biedt je de kans om 'on the job' te leren en je zowel professioneel als persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Het is geen standaardprogramma, maar een individueel traject dat aansluit bij jouw én onze ambities. Je krijgt de ruimte om mede te bepalen wat het beste bij je past en neemt zelf het initiatief om je persoonlijke groei richting te geven. Per september zul je samen met vijf andere trainees aan dit avontuur beginnen, ieder in het eigen werkgebied.
Vanuit je studie of ervaring beschik je over de kennis en competenties die wij nodig hebben. Wij leren jou alles over afval (wat niet bestaat) en hoe jij bij kunt dragen aan onze missie. Je ontwikkelt je leiderschapscompetenties en leert alle facetten van onze operationele werkzaamheden kennen. Je vervult drie tot vier verschillende functies binnen diverse afdelingen.
Jouw Persoonlijke Ontwikkeling
Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Jouw persoonlijke groei staat centraal en we verwachten dat je proactief werkt aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Je toont initiatief, bent kritisch en hebt een ondernemende instelling. Na het afronden van jouw traineeship zal er gekeken worden waar jouw krachten en ambities liggen en waar je het beste in de organisatie tot je recht komt.
Jouw Profiel
Je hebt minimaal een HBO opleiding afgerond in de richting van Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Techniek, Bedrijfseconomie, of Strategisch Management (mocht je een andere opleiding hebben afgerond en denken dat deze traineeship bij je past dan zien we jouw sollicitatie alsnog graag tegemoet). Nieuwsgierig en flexibel: Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van verandering en nieuwe uitdagingen. Stilzitten is niets voor jou Hands-on mentaliteit: Problemen oplossen, aanpakken en resultaat zien, dat is jouw ding. Proactief en communicatief: Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief en durft je ideeën te delen. Je beheerst niet alleen de Nederlandse, maar ook de Engelse taal, uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
