Functieomschrijving

Je gaat aan de slag bij een aanbieder van oplossingen op het gebied van workforce management, tijdsregistratie en toegangscontrole. Als Software Consultant help jij klanten bij de implementatie en inrichting van deze IT-systemen. Je bent veel in gesprek met klanten, wil de vraag achter de vraag achterhalen en analyseert processen. Daardoor weet jij precies wat de klant nodig heeft en hoe de software daarin kan ondersteunen.

Jouw rol als Software Consultant in het kort:

  • Adviseren van klanten bij de implementatie en configuratie van software;
  • Coördineren van implementatieprojecten;
  • Bijdragen aan pre-sales activiteiten, zoals het geven van een presentatie;
  • Meedenken over innovatie en groei van de organisatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de hardware consultant en stemt regelmatig af met je collega's van sales, operations en support. Met jouw nieuwsgierigheid, pro-actieve houding en adviserende vaardigheden ben je een fijne klantadviseur en collega

Op je cv zien we graag:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring met het adviseren van klanten, bijvoorbeeld in een rol als consultant of accountmanager;
  • Ervaring in de software en/of tijdsregistratie of WFM sector is altijd welkom, maar geen noodzaak;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
