Wat ga je doen?

Als Marketing & Communication Advisor werk je in een team van 3 nauw samen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen en professionaliseren van de marketing- en communicatiestrategie. Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen in de markt op het gebied van connectiviteit en kan hierop inspelen. Daarnaast ben je in staat om projecten zelfstandig op te pakken en samen te werken met externe bureaus. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten. Je hebt de nodige strategische marketingervaring, bent creatief en tekstueel sterk. Je weet campagne op te zetten en o.b.v. de resultaten bij te sturen en hebt interesse in het schrijven van (SEO geoptimaliseerde) teksten en Social Media.


De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Strategieontwikkeling en campagnebeheer: Het aandragen van voorstellen en adviezen voor de marketing- en communicatiestrategie, het bedenken en uitvoeren van originele B2B-campagnes, en het optimaliseren van de contentstrategie en contentkalender. Inclusief het creëren van overtuigende B2B-content en storytelling. Daarbij het beheren van de budgetten.
  • Social media en PR: Het ontwikkelen en plaatsen van posts en campagnes op social media en andere kanalen, met monitoren van de resultaten om de strategie bij te stellen. Ook het onderhouden van perscontacten en reputatiemanagement in een B2B-context, evenals employer branding om het bedrijf als aantrekkelijke B2B-partner te positioneren.
  • Interne en externe communicatie: Het opstellen van teksten voor zowel interne als externe communicatie, gericht op het inspelen op de behoeften van B2B-klanten en organisaties, met een focus op klantgerichte communicatie en eventmanagement (zowel fysiek als virtueel).
  • Marketingtools: Het beheren van de website, inclusief werken met CMS-systemen zoals Wordpress, en het analyseren van marketing- en klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken. Tevens verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapportages voor de directie.
  • Marktkennis: Het inzetten van marktkennis en affiniteit met IT (pre) om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van marketingactiviteiten te waarborgen.


Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. We verwachten dat je zelfstandig kan werken, ondernemend bent en buiten de gebaande paden kan denken. Jij beschikt over een creatieve geest, analytisch vaardig.

  • Afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van marketing/ communicatie;
  • 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Creativiteit en analytisch sterk;
  • Proactief en hands-on;
  • Goede Nederlandse en Engelse talenkennis in woord en geschrift.
