Kom jij onze (inter)nationale transporten van A tot Z organiseren?

Als onze distributie medewerker (export) organiseer je de verscheping van goederen, van juiste papierwerk tot transport (wegvervoer of container over het water) voor een aantal landen die je krijgt toegewezen. In teamverband werken jullie hier dagelijks aan om de gevraagde verscheping tijdig en soepel af te handelen. Dit kan hectisch zijn maar daar kan goed mee omgaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij organiseert vooral uitgaande (inter)nationale transporten van A tot Z. Je verzorgt de gehele administratieve kant van de documenten van het laden en lossen van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten. Hierbij maak je afspraken met transporteurs en hebt communicatie met externe chauffeurs. Bij afwijkingen stem je af met andere collega's of externe medewerkers.

Je initieert de documentatie voor het magazijn en het fysieke pick proces, gebruikmakend van zowel ERP alsook WMS systeem. Je blijft hierbij scherp op onregelmatigheden. Je bent een spin in het web tussen de externe partijen en onze interne collega's van het magazijn. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte opmaak van alle benodigde vrachtdocumenten en waar nodig voor de afhandeling van douanezaken. Als onderdeel van het distributie¬team rapporteer je aan de transport manager.



Wat breng jij mee?

Je hebt gedegen werkervaring in het logistieke proces specifiek met transport afhandeling met name als link tussen magazijn (fysieke product) en de externe vervoerders. Naast werkervaring heb je dit aangevuld met een relevante logistieke opleiding.


• Het is een internationale setting en wij werken in het Nederlands maar ook Engels en Duits is handig.

• Je hebt ervaring met WMS, ERP en het Microsoft Office pakket.

• Kennis van opmaak van vracht (en eventueel export) documenten waarbij je de documenten zelf kan opstellen.

• Jij hebt organisatietalent en weet het overzicht te behouden over een groot aantal logistieke bewegingen.

• De belangrijkste skills die wij zoeken in jou zijn: klantgericht, accuraat en stressbestendig.
