Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in Clinical Trial Logistics? Do you have the drive and expertise to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close high-value projects with CROs, pharma sponsors, and biotech organisations throughout Europe?


We are seeking a Business Development Director to join a fast-growing company specializing in Clinical Trial Logistics. This is a remote role based in the Netherlands, reporting to the Manager of Commercial Operations. While the primary focus will be on the Netherlands, you will also work across Europe based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive new business development efforts within the clinical trial logistics sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including CROs, pharmaceutical sponsors, and biotech companies.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover to Project Managers.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their logistics needs.


What We’re Looking For:


  • A proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Experience in Clinical Trial Logistics (e.g., project management, inside sales, or operations).
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a remote sales territory and work across multiple European markets.
