SALARY €60,000 - €70,000 depending on experience


Our client is a market leading global distributor of Industrial products.


Our client adds value to the distribution process by providing customers access to:

  • Many thousands of products and $billions in inventory
  • Many hundreds of warehouses/branch locations

The successful candidate will be a key member of the business development team. The Role - OEM Business Development Manager - Netherlands

Job Description


The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing significant sales growth within a buoyant geographic region, Belgium.


This individual will be responsible for personally developing and implementing a market leading sales strategy for OEMs, becoming a subject matter expert in their field.


The main objectives will be:


  • To develop a sustainable day to day OEM business in the Netherlands
  • Direct Ownership of New and existing accounts in the region
  • Generate new business from new accounts
  • Assist in modelling/building In country Inventory
  • Build relationships with the local sales team and key vendors.


Required Experience


  • Proven Sales experience in OEM supply chain and value added services
  • A proven track record in finding, developing and closing new business from new accounts
  • Experience likely to be in a distribution environment or service/solution provider
  • Flexible around the product groups or exact vertical market sales experience.


Location: The role will ideally be based Belgium or Netherlands
