Our client is looking for a driven Account Executive to build and grow a new market in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the RFP-tech space, where your impact will directly influence the companyās success.
What You'll Do
- Greenfield Growth : Build your own pipeline and focus on international clients across the EMEA region.
- Full-Cycle Sales : Manage the process from prospecting to closing, with deal cycles of 3-6 months and ARR deals ranging from ā¬30K-ā¬50K.
- Outbound Focus : Proactively open new markets and seize greenfield opportunities.
- Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and revenue operations to maximize your potential.
- Market Leadership : Empower bid managers with a market-leading platform and make your territory a success.

What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 2-3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales (closing roles).
- Comfortable in a startup environment: flexible, energetic, and adaptable.
- Team player with a strong mindset, coachable, and well-structured.
- Familiarity with a sales methodology is a big plus.
Nice-to-Haves
- English native level proficiency
- Multilingual skills (e.g., German, Nordic languages, Dutch) are preferred.
- Based in the Amsterdam area.
