Wat ga je doen als Customer Service Medewerker?
Jij neemt alle binnenkomende orders in behandeling per mail, telefoon en via het systeem;
Indien nodig neem jij telefonisch contact op met de klant om bepaalde wensen of benodigdheden door te spreken;
Je controleert de benodigde documentatie en geeft eventueel feedback voor aanpassingen;
Indien alle zendingen gepland zijn, draag jij zorg voor de monitoring hiervan;
Aan het einde van de rit controleer jij alle facturen na uitrol uit het systeem;
Om bovenstaande zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen zorg je voor een correct registratie in het systeem.
Wat zijn je kwaliteiten?
Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo4-opleiding, bij voorkeur in logistieke richting;
Binnen de logistieke branche heb jij al eerder een kantoorfunctie gehad;
Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is voor deze functie vereist;
Je staat sterk in je schoenen en bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken;
Geautomatiseerde systemen zijn jou bekend.
Over de organisatie
Jij gaat aan de slag bij een verpakkingsbedrijf in de omgeving van Haarlem. Via diverse kanalen verkoopt zij verpakkingsmaterialen op maat, voornamelijk Business 2 Business. Deze dienstverlener bedient haar klanten landelijk in allerlei sectoren, denk aan: levensmiddelen, chemisch maar ook medisch. Je komt terecht in een team van 4 Customer Service Medewerkers binnen een vestiging waar ongeveer 40 collega’s werkzaam zijn. Jouw nieuwe werkplek zal aan één van de vier blokken zijn in de open en gezellige kantoortuin op de eerste verdieping. Jullie werken nauw samen met de afdeling Planning, welke op dezelfde verdieping werkzaam zijn.
