One of our international clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the food industry, is looking for a Dutch speaking Office Manager to support their office at Amstelveen.
As a Senior Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow, effective communication, and efficient support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage document flow: emails, letters, and calls
  • Assist in procedures: budgeting, payments, etc
  • Provide secretary support for Director and Sales Managers
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Manage office supplies and handle IT issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Dutch proficiency (B2 level)
  • Professional, adaptable, and socially approachable
  • Leadership skills preferred
