Job description Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with various departments both locally and internationally to ensure a smooth order flow and efficient processes. Your primary responsibilities will include daily communication with customers to understand their needs, handling inquiries and quotations, and processing orders accurately. You will also manage after-sales support and complaint resolution in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring that both customer and company objectives are met.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient order flow and processes.
  • Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
  • Propose appropriate products/services based on customer inquiries and needs.
  • Handle pricing sensitive projects and provide options to meet customer budgets.
  • Process orders accurately, monitoring transportation and import timelines until delivery and payment are completed.
  • Manage after-sales service and complaint resolution with the sales team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and attention to detail.
  • Result-driven with a solution-oriented approach.
  • A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Knowledge of non-EU export procedures and documentation is a plus.
  • Proactive with a strong problem-solving mentality and a willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English. Working conditions
