**What you'll do**:
As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible and accountable for achieving our ambitious revenue and growth goals. Your main objective will be to turn new clients into active users and manage their journey to successfully implement CerQlar in their ecosystem. You will be the key contact between existing clients and our company as well as being directly responsible for platform member retention and loyalty and building long-term relationships. In this role, you will also directly contribute to our revenue growth as energy producers, utility companies, or large corporations onboard their clients onto our platform to achieve the highest level of efficiency and automation possible.
Your tasks in a nutshell will be:
- Ensure a smooth transition process for new platform members, from the moment they sign up through to their first successes on the platform.
- Managing customer retention and long-term revenue per account growth for assigned clients as we build up the Sales and Client Success teams.
- Provide functional support to existing platform members to ensure that they have the best experience on the CerQlar platform.
- Work with Product Management to build a knowledge base that helps users to operate platform features in the most efficient way.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Product Marketing on new features and roadmap development.
- Ensure that KPIs such as platform member behaviour and retention, customer satisfaction (NPS), revenue growth per account is met.
**Who you are**:.
You are very customer centric and pride yourself on knowing what the customer needs before they ask for it. You are extremely organized and a team player to the core. You are an excellent communicator and understand that listening is the most important skill in communication.
Required skillset:
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development experience within the technology solutions or SaaS space.
- Ability to put yourself into the customer's shoes and uncover and understand their pain points as if they are your own.
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally).
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Desired skillset:
- Technical skills or tech affinity that can be helpful managing client relationships for cloud-based solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering or computer science is a plus.
- Experience in renewable energy, environmental or financial markets.
- Experience catering to Fortune 5000 companies.
- Second language (e.g. German, French, Dutch, Spanish).
