At GoPhoto, we develop and deliver photo retail systems for the Leisure industry. Theme Parks, Aquariums, Observation Towers, Sport Stadiums and many other attractions worldwide use the GoPhoto System to capture exciting photos of their visitors. These visitors can view and purchase their printed and digital photos directly at the location as part of the GoPhoto service.
Every year more than 8 million visitors across the globe are photographed while enjoying their day out with family or friends.

**Purpose**:
As the Process Manager at GoPhoto, your primary focus will be on establishing and optimizing processes to ensure the efficient operation of our small team. You will play a key role in bringing structure, defining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance team performance and drive operational excellence.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures across all aspects of the organization, including project management, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Define and document project management methodologies, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on process-related matters, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration in the execution of projects and tasks.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in process management, incorporating relevant insights into company operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field;
- 2-3 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management, preferably in a small company or startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and tools such as Monday, Exact, CMS, JIRA.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in process documentation and execution.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
