**Your Mission**

The Foleon platform is used by both end users (often marketing and communications teams) as creative agencies. They utilize our platform to create interactive content for their clients. As our Agency Partner Manager, you are responsible to retain and grow this segment of our customer base. You will help them to leverage our platform to its full potential, and expand their use to other clients.

**Your Job**
- Manage roughly 150+ accounts of our agency partners
- Successful onboarding of new agency customers
- Guide and inspire agencies to fully utilize their subscription
- Host monthly webinars to engage with your accounts in a scalable manner
- Building meaningful relationships with your customer base
- Sourcing and closing of expansion opportunities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Participating in marketing activities focussed on our agency partners
- Healthy retention of your accounts
- Metrics you’ll influence are Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Retention Revenue (NRR), onboarding time to value, and adoption metrics, such as the number of Foleon Docs created over time

**Your Qualifications**
- +3 years experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or account management at a SaaS organization
- Proven experience in building long-lasting partnerships
- Understanding of, and exposure to working with, regional partners, resellers, or solution partners
- To a certain extent flexibility to align your working hours to the timezones of our customers.
- Understanding of the business model and way of working of creative agencies
- Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
