**These are your tasks and responsibilities.**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Management Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CFO's office and assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CFO.
- Preparing work and projects.
- Booking travel and accommodations.
- Sending out reports and documents.
- Taking minutes during meetings and gatherings.
- Providing support in reviewing presentations.
- Ability to take on substantive tasks, such as managing global lease agreements and conducting research.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent Dutch language command, verbal and written.
