**Your opportunity**:
Join Mollie at an exciting growth stage for both the company and the NL team. We’re a market leader in European payments, loved by more than 250,000 businesses, including Gymshark, Unibet, Fonq & Q-Park.

As our new Business Development Representative, you will be part of Mollie’s Sales team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a motivated sales enthusiast with an entrepreneurial mindset. By joining the sales team at Mollie, you can learn and be successful very quickly. You’ll be selling our solutions to NL-based entrepreneurs with complex needs requiring C-level and in-depth sales conversations.

You have full ownership of the sale cycle. From prospecting, engaging, nurturing leads, and understanding their pain points to creating compelling offers that fit their business needs perfectly. Your ultimate objective is to expand our customer base into the small and medium-sized segments and turn your newly signed customers into strong Mollie ambassadors.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Career Opportunity: Boost a successful career in SaaS/FinTech Sales. Having made the first steps in sales but being willing to ramp up your skill set in selling a technical product,
- Own the Pipeline: Manage a deal pipeline for new customers taking full responsibility from first contact through to becoming a live customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding and technical teams early in the sales process to expedite conversion while managing risk for Mollie.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with partners and various stakeholders, including client-side, internal, and third parties, to accelerate integration and get customers live.

- Confidence in discussing technical solutions with potential clients.
- Willingness to learn and do outbound sales.
