**Stellenbeschreibung**

Die Position des BDR Trainees richtet sich an Berufseinsteiger und kürzliche Uni-Absolventen, die eine Karriere im Vertrieb im Bereich Fintech und M&A anstreben. Als BDR Trainee lernst du durch praktische Erfahrungen und gezieltes Mentoring wichtige Fähigkeiten in Vertrieb, Verhandlung und Akquise. Diese Rolle ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Vertriebsteams und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, Kontakt zu potenziellen Kunden aufzubauen, Leads zu qualifizieren und den Verkaufszyklus durch das Buchen von Demos zu starten. Das Traineeship legt zudem großen Wert auf deine persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung und bereitet dich auf eine langfristige Karriere bei Dealsuite vor.

**Wesentliche Aufgaben**
- Als erster Ansprechpartner für Interessenten agieren, eingehende Leads qualifizieren und aktiv auf neue Interessenten zugehen.
- Kundenbedürfnisse identifizieren, Interesse wecken und den Verkaufsprozess durch das Buchen von Demos für das Business Development Team starten.
- Mit dem Marketingteam zusammenarbeiten, um einen stetigen Leadfluss sicherzustellen, und über die neuesten Trends in der Unternehmensfinanzierung und im M&A-Bereich auf dem Laufenden bleiben.
- Ein umfassendes Verständnis unserer Plattform und des M&A-Marktes entwickeln und sich auf eine potenzielle Weiterentwicklung in seniorere Vertriebsrollen vorbereiten.

**Dein Profil**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in BWL oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Interesse an M&A, Unternehmensfinanzierung und der starken Ambition für eine Karriere im Vertrieb.
- Motiviert, zielorientiert und lernbegierig, idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung in einer Vertriebs
- oder kundenorientierten Rolle (z. B. Praktikum oder Studentenjob).
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine proaktive Herangehensweise beim Aufbau von Beziehungen.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau (mindestens).

The BDR Trainee role is designed for recent graduates and entry-level professionals eager to kickstart a sales career in fintech and M&A. As a BDR Trainee, you'll learn essential sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills through hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship. This role is an integral part of the sales team, providing you with the opportunity to connect with prospects, qualify leads, and initiate the sales cycle by booking demos. The traineeship also emphasizes personal and professional growth, preparing you for a long-term career within Dealsuite.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying inbound leads and proactively reaching out to new prospects.
- Identify client needs, generate interest, and start the sales process by booking demos for the business development team.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure a steady flow of leads and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in corporate finance and M&A.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of our platform and the M&A market, preparing you for potential progression to more senior sales roles.
