**Purpose of the Role**:
As a result of PAKT’S continued success and rapid growth, we are expanding our team to meet the increasing demand for our services. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in driving this momentum by identifying new market opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and building relationships with prospective clients in Fashion, Food, Consumer Electronics and Gaming.

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Research potential industries, markets, and target audiences for growth.

**Lead Generation**:
Actively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

Establish initial contact with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.

Strategic Partnerships:
Forge and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations to open new growth avenues.

Negotiate terms of collaboration and partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.

**Presentations and Proposals**:
Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of our products/services.

Clearly articulate how our offerings align with the specific needs of potential clients.

**Sales Team Leadership**:
Lead and manage the sales team across three countries, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.

Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to improve performance and skills.

Align the sales team's activities with the company’s business development strategies.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts with broader business goals.

Share valuable insights from the field to inform product development and strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:
Availability: 32-40 hrs per week

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Proficiency with CRM tools

Languages: Dutch, English, native or professional proficiency, Swedish is a plus

Experience with video and media production is a big plus
