**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition knowledge by at least 4-6 years of work experience with site administration, content management, creation of custom content, technical support, management of permissions, creation of workflows and configuring web parts;
- At least 2-4 years of experience with technical writing, technical documentation and/or training end users of software systems;
- Experience in utilizing and integrating Microsoft Office products to include SP Designer, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and OneNote with SharePoint and other Enterprise Systems.

**Duties/role**:

- Providing automation and increased efficiency to manage the user database with high operational tempo and in accordance with NATO policies and directives;
- Providing first-level and second-level technical support to COI site owners and individual end-users;
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and collaborative relationship with NATO enterprise customers, end-users, and other team members.
