**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition knowledge by at least 4-6 years of work experience with site administration, content management, creation of custom content, technical support, management of permissions, creation of workflows and configuring web parts
- At least 2-4 years of experience with technical writing, technical documentation and/or training end users of software systems
- Experience utilizing and integrating Microsoft Office products to include SP Designer, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and OneNote with SharePoint and other Enterprise Systems
- Experience in collecting and analysing SP portals usage

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Provide automation and increased efficiency to management of user data base with high operational tempo and in accordance to NATO polices and directives
- Day-to-day administration of COI Common space (i.e. update of COI-Common library, News/Announcement section, Service catalogue and more)
- Provide first-level and second level technical support to COI site owners and individual end users
- Establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship with NATO enterprise customers, end users and other team members
- Additional responsibilities include functional testing of custom solutions and On-site and off-site training of the COI Site Owners community
