**What you'll do**
Coordinate all aspects of group bookings and events from initial inquiry to final billing | Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is realized | Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless event execution | Prepare detailed event proposals and contracts | Discuss event logistics according to guest requests with operational departments | Conduct site inspections and provide thorough follow-up with clients | Maintain accurate records of all bookings and communications | Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of events and provide insights for future improvements | Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance guest experiences.

**Who you are**
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel setting | Strong organizational skills and attention to detail | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment | Creative problem-solver with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences | Proficient in Microsoft Office, and hotel and event management software.
